This page contains the terms and conditions.  Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order.  You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

PAYMENT:  Payment is due at time of booking.  In the event of a custom design, 50% of fee is required as a deposit prior to design mock up. Payment is due prior to delivery of custom signs.

​

CANCELLATION:  In the event that you need to cancel your order prior to the day of delivery, we reserve the right to refund 50% of your payment or you have the option to reschedule for the full value paid.  Cancellations made the day of the scheduled delivery may not receive a refund.

RUSH ORDERS:  Rush and same day orders may be fulfilled.  It is conditional based on available inventory. A rush fee may apply.

INCLEMENT WEATHER:  We will not be able to deliver the yard sign if there is lightning or other hazardous weather conditions that prevent the set up and/or take down of the signs.  In the event of inclement weather, a refund will be given if we are unable to reschedule.

REFUND POLICY:  A refund will not be given if the homeowner requests greeting to be removed or for errors that occur on order submission.

The price includes deliver, set up and take down of the yard greeting.  We will contact you to schedule your delivery.

All Yard Effects greeting are meant to be pleasant surprises.  Please notify the homeowner that they will be receiving the greeting with 24 hours.  Please advise the homeowner to turn off any sprinkler systems and notify any yard service companies about the yard greeting.

All signs remain the property of Yard Effects.  Any damages, destruction or tampering with the Yard Effects signs is prohibited.   Signs should not be moved without consent from the Yard Effects staff.  You are responsible for the replacement of the graphic, letter or state at full replacement value.  Full payment for any signs damaged will be enforced.

Yard Effects reserves the right to politely decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business.  Yard Effects will offer a full refund if an order is declined.

Placing an order certifies that you have read and understand the rules and regulations set forth herein and that you have read and understand this agreement.
